Our Mission
To provide quality, well-rounded education in a safe and disciplined environment that equips every learner with the knowledge, character and faith to succeed.
For more than two decades, Kings Foundation Schools has shaped confident, capable and God-fearing young Malawians — from their very first day in nursery to their final examinations and beyond.
Kings Foundation Schools is a Malawian private institution offering nursery, primary and secondary education. We are known for consistent teaching, visible values and close attention to each pupil's progress.
What began as a single co-educational school has grown into a foundation of three dedicated campuses — each with its own administration, so that every learner enjoys equal access to quality teaching, facilities and pastoral care.
To provide quality, well-rounded education in a safe and disciplined environment that equips every learner with the knowledge, character and faith to succeed.
To be a leading centre of academic excellence in Malawi, raising principled young men and women who lead and serve their communities with integrity.
Discipline, hard work, faith, respect and ambition — the foundations on which every Kings Foundation learner is built.
From a single school to a respected foundation of academies, our story is one of steady, deliberate investment in young people.
Kings Foundation opens as a co-educational school, committed to discipline and academic rigour.
The school expands to offer a full pathway — early years, primary and secondary education under one foundation.
Secondary provision is restructured into the Boys Academy (Ntcheu) and Rose Academy (Lilongwe), each with its own administration.
Rose Academy records a 96% JCE pass rate, and the foundation supports literacy initiatives across Malawi.
In 2023 our secondary school was thoughtfully restructured so that every learner enjoys a focused, well-resourced environment.

A boys' boarding secondary school built around discipline, brotherhood and academic achievement, with a dedicated administration and learning facilities.

A girls' boarding academy named in memory of our founder — a safe, empowering home for young women that recorded a 96% JCE pass rate.

Our co-educational day school offering nursery, primary and secondary classes in the heart of the capital, keeping the family-centred spirit of our roots.
The whole purpose of our reforms is to contribute to the provision of quality education by creating a conducive learning environment for our students.

Beyond the classroom, Kings Foundation invests in Malawi's young readers and writers — including a K15 million boost to a national short-story writing contest — because literacy changes lives.
